45ZW2430 24V DC 28W Brushless Motor & 12-36v 500w Brushless Driver

No test this week .
Here video of the first run last week end.
Tracking and motor sense work also perfectly.
Only noise in perimeter signal is the actual issue

I am going crazy, now I have soldered a new PowerPCB, installed it and everything is ok. I have to press the button to switch on the PCB.
I reset everything and switched off, then switched on again and the PCB's have power again without pressing the button.
The IRF9540 MOSFETs seem to be of poor quality.

What's the capacitor value ?
What the exact 9540 you use ? I can't see on the Picture.

It's better to use J6 and U4 for one mow motor.

The capacitor is a 100uf 50v.
For the 9540 i will make a Pictures, but it i am not alone with it.

Yes i think it's the same, but it's strange because everything work perfectly on my side on 2 Power PCB and certainly more than 100 power on/off test.
Did the IRF9540 heat when the mower is ON ?

No does not get hot. The things must be of poor quality, because I soldered a new PowerPCB with completely new parts to rule out faults.
I'll order some more from Reichelt.

Cable assignment mower motor:
White - A
Green - B
Blue - C

Now the engine runs smoothly and quietly

@LaurentS : For the mow motor ,this driver can work, but on my test it did not work for drive motor, because it is too slow in reacting time.
Test it and tell me what's the result ..
