Matrix MOW800 PCB Holder

I thought about something like that.

Do you have one lawn to mow or several?
If you have two zones to mow, you can use RFID, otherwise you don't need it.

Thanks Sascha for the link and thanks Bernard for this topic.

If I correctly understood, the RFID reader will give the signals to the mower to go in one direction at a given speed when it meets a card.
Many cards are used.

Very nice done wowwwww !!!!!! :D
Exactly when mower track the wire it can detect card and do some particular movement.
For the wiring everything is already on the PCB J23 and J24 ,you only need the rfid reader and some card in ISO15693

Thanks Bernard, material already ordered. :)
An other question, what will give the order to track the wire and not to mown the first zone, the software?

Mower start to track the wire when battery is low or when you select Go to station in command menu.
Or you can use timer for a full auto mowing cycle and select mowing area if you use RFID and multiple sender.

The Button connected on J15 is an easy mower command and work like that:
If mower is in OFF state:
Push less than 1 sec = start mow in LANE
Push it 2 secondes = start mow in RANDOM
Push it more then 3 Secondes = GO TO STATION

If mower is running:
Push it to stop immediatly

Perfect but warning : the box need to be waterproof ! or fill with candle wax.
(I have destroy 2 PN5180 with water coming from blade while mowing)
I think about using candle wax or something like that. If we use water to clean the mower it would be the same problem, so this PN5180 will be definitely "glued" in its box.

To place those sensors and the camera I only see 3D printed holders, screwed on the body. Well, please, don't laugh... :)

I think the ultrasonic sensors are too deep. If you have slightly taller grass, there could be problems.
Where you have marked the camera might be a better place?
An ultrasonic sensor on the right and left and the camera in the middle?

An ultrasonic sensor on the right and left and the camera in the middle?
Yes it could also be a solution but in this case, sensors would be horizontal ?
I'm waiting on small parts to fasten my PCB, motor drivers and BMS, than I will work on such holders, also for the left and right front switches (maybe 4 pieces will be installed).

Something like here
OMG, this Wall-E ?! :D I think about an holder who will be more integrated. how will the mower do the difference between taller grass and a child's toy...? Bernard has for sure advices to give us about those sensors.
Well, his grass has not the same high as mine.:D
