Project Lawnstyler, Matrix Mow 800

Sascha:

Show me the arduino ide Console on start-up, maybe I2C error or you have activated the screen and not connect it.

Maybe an I2C error... Now it's ok!

That was in the morning:

Now i've seen it! "MPU6050 connection failed" - Thanks Bernard.

This big Display comes with a SPI Interface. I need to switch that to i2c. The first attempt was unsuccessful. There are some instructions for the conversion, but my module is different from the ones shown.

SD card is installed, and a screen too. The mower looks like an original one. Original emergency switch and original place for the screen. To start the mower i use the original start button. My bumper is also the original bumper with hall sensor. Today i began to solder the PCB for the new perimeter sender.

Did you use a special relay for the original emergency switch?
I would also like to see a picture of the inside of how you connected the original bumpers.
Unfortunately, I messed up my pin assignment.

I still have a small problem with my circuit, the relay drops out when the voltage is low and switches the mower off too soon! A new relay is therefore in the pipeline.
The circuit looks something like this:

The original button was a NO contact. I changed this with a NC contact. A small button is used to switch on the mower.

I'll be happy to send pictures of the new circuit later!

Can you explain the issue with the emergency button on MOW800.
Why don't use the powerPCB contact or the cover input ?
